REGISTRATION

for the IFLA -satellite conference "How can libraries and information centres improve access to women’s information and preserve women’s cultural heritage?"

Registration fee

Conference fee is EUR 100. Only full registration is available for this conference. The fee includes the scientific programme, a sightseeing tour by bus and a welcome reception in the Old City Hall on Wednesday, conference dinner on Thursday, coffee/tea and lunch on Thursday and Friday, and a guided visit to Tampere City Library on Friday afternoon. Accommodation is not included in the conference fee.

Please note that the deadline for registration is 8th July 2012.

Payment options

Payment is possible by bank wire transfer or credit card (Visa/VisaElectron, MasterCard). Cheques will not be accepted.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations should be sent in written form by e-mail to the local organiser Minna Centre for Gender Equality Information, minna (at) uta.fi.

If cancellation is submitted

• before June 20, 2012, EUR 50 will be refunded
• after June 20, 2012, no refund is available.
